So this is it.. our first ever blog post!

I say 'our' as we are doing this as a family.  I've explained to the kids that this is like a book, a story about our travels. But really, it's also a way to make sure we keep planning our adventures and hopefully do some of them - we have lots of dreams!

Frank and I were determined that when we had kids we would continue to travel, and we have. Not quite as much as we would have liked but traveled never the less. We also never quite imagined that we would be doing this with four children but here we are, 7 years married and 4 children later.  Our family adventures so far include South Africa (twice), Australia, Vancouver, Ireland (many times) and our first ever camping trip.  We are now planning the big European camping road trip, this one has been on the cards for years and we are finally doing it in 2016! Let the planning commence...2 adults, 4 little kids and 1 twin cab transit (The Weir-y Wagon)!
